Centred with an estimated 1.90ct round mixed cut sapphire in a raised claw setting, encircled by a row of cushion shape Old Mine cut diamonds in claw settings, to a circular cluster design with curving claws, pierced gallery and met to either with inwardly tapering shoulders which smooth to a solid shank.
