Antique sapphire and diamond navette ring in 18kt yellow gold. Centred with an elongated cushion shape mixed cut sapphire in a fine grain setting, surrounded by eighteen cushion shape Old Mine cut diamonds in grain and claw settings, to an elegant marquise shape cluster ring with fine claws, pierced gallery and met to either side with slightly trumpeting shoulders which curve to a champfered shank. Hallmarked 18kt gold, Birmingham, 1901.
