Delivery

Courtville likes to keep all their pieces safe so they can continue their historical journey. Delivery is free** with all our purchases and is completely insured until reaching their destination. This means from the moment your piece leaves Courtville, the piece is fully insured by our independent insurance company. Please note though that there must be someone there to sign for the piece on arrival.

Throughout Europe Courtville uses An Post, Ireland’s national postal service. They are reliable, efficient and thoroughly secure.

For deliveries further afield e.g. Australia, US and Canada etc. Courtville uses Fedex. Again, security, efficiency and reliability are the reasons we favour it.

Once you have completed your purchase and filled in your details, you will be emailed with a confirmation email. Once your piece has left Courtville, you will emailed again with the tracking number so you can ensure safe delivery from door to door.

When your piece safely arrives it will be wrapped safely in our signature packaging to be delivered to your loved one or as a beautiful present to oneself. The relevant documentation and reports will accompany the piece. Please keep these in a safe, secure place.

Please note that there may be local duties and custom charges that you may have to pay when your parcel arrives.
