Please notify us within 14 days of the sale for a full refund. We will forward on and assist you through the returns form.
Once we receive back the item in the same condition it was sent we will issue you a full refund.
It is that simple! Return shipping is even free within Ireland. Don't worry though, we will assist and guide you through global returns you just need to pay any charges on the return shipping or any duties.

DON’T WORRY ABOUT IT

Courtville understands that it is so important to see the pieces on to truly appreciate them and this can be difficult when shopping online. So you will get nothing but a friendly smile and professional service if you want to return something.

IMPORTANT
Your refund will be in the same form as the original payment and will be done within 7 days of receiving the item back. Courtville can only refund the cost of the piece, unfortunately any other charges are not covered i.e. upgraded shipping charges, local taxes and duties etc.
This policy only applies to online sales.

MODIFIED OR ALTERED ITEMS
Unfortunately modified, damaged or items altered by a third party cannot be accepted for return. However, if Courtville undertakes any alteration of the jewellery on your behalf (ring sizing for example), returns and refunds may be accepted.

Courtville values acts with integrity and trusts it’s clients and so this guarantee is offered based on a good faith principal. Should there be any indication of a breach of this good faith then we reserve the right to revoke this guarantee. In addition we don't accept any third-opinions as
