Set with an octagonal emerald-cut citrine in a slightly raised rubover setting, surrounded by an octagonal plaque with textured finish and engraved scrolling border, fitted to the reverse with a hinged pin and C-scroll with safety latch. Hallmarked 18kt gold, Italian.
