An 18kt yellow gold cluster ring set with an oval mixed cut ruby in a surround of ten round brilliant cut diamonds. The centre stone is held in eight yellow gold claws within a pierced open gallery, and the surround diamonds are set in white metal collets with yellow gold claws on the outer edge.
