GIA Certified Diamond Stud Earrings 1.00ct D/IF

A pair of diamond stud earrings set with two matched round brilliant cut diamonds, each weighing 0.50 carats for a total weight of 1.00 carat. Both stones are individually certified by the GIA as D colour and Internally Flawless, the highest grades achievable on both scales. The diamonds are set in four-claw mounts with butterfly backs.
D colour means the diamonds are completely colourless, sitting at the very top of the GIA colour grading scale. Internally Flawless means they contain no inclusions visible under 10x magnification, with only the most minor surface blemishes from polishing. To find a single stone at D/IF is notable. To find a matched pair is exceptional.
The two stones are remarkably well matched in their dimensions, both measuring approximately 4.93-4.97mm in diameter with identical depth. Both achieved Very Good cut grades with Excellent polish and symmetry, and neither shows any fluorescence.
