Set with two round old cut diamonds in a rectangular grain setting, bordered and framed by rectangular callibre cut sapphires in platinum millegrain settings, further surrounded by twelve round old cut diamonds in platinum grain settings, to an elongated geometric cluster with smooth settings, pierced gallery and flanked by raised slightly trumpeting shoulders which smooth to a slim shank.
