Set with round mixed cut sapphire in a yellow gold grain setting, surrounded by two rows of cushion shape Old Mine cut diamonds in platinum grain settings, to a circular cluster with polished border, pierced scalloped gallery and met to either side with trumpeting shoulders featuring intricately carved patterns which smooth to a solid shank.
