Edwardian opal and diamond marquise cluster ring in 18kt yellow gold. Set with an elongated oval cabochon cut opal in a raised cale setting, surrounded by a row of Old European cut diamonds in platinum claw settings, to a navette sahpe cluster featuring curving claws, pierced open gallery and met to either side with slightly trumpeting shoulders which smooth to a solid shank.
