We are an ambitious and rapidly growing Irish business and your role would be to manage and lead our e-commerce department. We are looking for a strategic thinker with excellent online marketing skills and a strong technical ability.
Lead development of and manage the website and e-commerce channels
Deliver online sales
Develop and analyse online KPIs
Work with developers to enhance website
Deliver reports to management
Assist in the content marketing strategy
Manage website uploads and online stock control
Assist in building the e-commerce team
Assist in the logistical elements of doing e-commerce
Assist in developing the technological infrastructure of the company
Contribute to the strategic direction of the company
Mentor and coach e-commerce associate team members
Research market and advise and implement relevant new trends and technologies
5+ Year’s experience marketing in the e-commerce world
High proficiency in relevant tools
Broad experience of website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion
management, sales journey optimisation, user experience design, frontend design, interaction design, digital strategy, experience design, creative direction, user testing & prototyping, project management, system architecture
Strong MarTech background, with experience managing marketing and tech teams
Bachelor’s degree or Masters would be ideal
Familiarity with CS-Cart and ability to manage a site on this platform is a big plus
Experience in the luxury business and antique jewellery world is a bonus
Fluent English is a must - additional language a bonus
Methodical and critical thinker with a good eye for website design
Self-motivated and someone who works on their own initiative
We do have a web developer on retainer but knowledge of development is a plus
You will report to the CEO and liaise closely with our sales & marketing teams and finance.
