Crowned with an oval cabochon sapphire in a bespoke setting, set betneath with a baroque natural pearl and decorated throughout with round brilliant cut diamonds in grain settings, to an impressive dress ring with chaised floral and foliate designs and flanked to either side with detailed shoulders featuring two mermaids which continue to the reverse.
