Centred with an estimated 0.36ct rectangular baguette cut diamond in a millegrain setting, bordered by a row of callibré cut sapphires in millegrain and channel settings, to an elongated geometric cluster with fine borders, decorative openwork galley and flanked to either side ith diamond set shoulders terminating to a smooth slim shank.
