Centred with an estimated 0.70ct octagonal emerald cut sapphire in a millegrain setting, bordered by a row of round eight cut diamonds in grain settings, to a rounded edged square cluster design with millegrain edging, scalloped openwork gallery and flanked by raised inwardly tapering shoulders with double incised terminals before smoothing to a solid shank. Estimated total diamond weight 0.35cts. Marked platinum.
