Centred with a round Old European cut diamond in a platinum millegrain setting, surrounded by fourteen rose cut diamonds in platinum grain settings, to an openwork diamond cluster design featuring millegrain edging, platinum engraved gallery and flanked to either side with integrated shoulders which smooth to a slim shank.
