Antique Burmese ruby and diamond three stone twist ring in 18kt yellow gold. Centred with a cushion shape mixed cut Burmese ruby in a claw setting, diagonally set with two cushion shape Old Mine cut diamonds in claw settings, to a three stone twist design featuring fine curving claws, intricately pierced collets and met to top and bottom with diamond grain set twisting shoulders which taper and terminate to a solid smooth shank.
