1940s Colombian emerald and Old Mine diamond cluster ring in platinum and 18kt yellow gold. Centred with an octagonal emerald cut Colombian emerald in a yellow gold four claw setting, surrounded by eighteen cushion shape Old Mine cut diamonds in platinum claw settings, further enhanced with eight cushion shape Old Mine cut diamonds in platinum cut down settings, to an impressive cluster with curving claws, diamond set gallery and open linear shoulders which join to a broad ribbed shank. Estimated total diamond weight 4.80cts. Hallmarked 18kt gold and platinum, French import marks.
