Set with an octagonal mixed cut synthetic yellow sapphire in a slightly raised millegrain setting, an elaborate two tone dress ring, fitted to top and bottom with openwork linear terminals and flanked to either side with yellow gold floral details before smoothing to a solid shank. Marked 14kt gold.
