Centrally set with an estimated 3.70ct oval mixed cut pink sapphire in a raised claw setting, bordered by a row of round brilliant cut diamonds in millegrain and garin settings, to an oval floral cluster with curving claws, scalloped edging, open pierced gallery and flanked by split diamond set shoulders which terminate to a smooth shank.
