Alternately flush-set with three round-cut demantoid garnets and two old mine-cut diamonds within a carved almond-shaped recess, framed by scroll-carved shoulders tapering to a polished band, English hallmarks for 18 karat yellow gold, Birmingham, 1864, maker's mark H&S, stamped 4080, ring size K (sizeable).
