Centrally set with an estimated 4.90cts oval mixed cut citrine in a four claw setting, flanked by two pear mixed cut aquamarines set with three claw settings, which lead to an open gallery and met to either side with slightly trumpeting shoulders which flow down to a solid shank. Estimated total aquamarine weight 2.65cts. Marked 18kt gold.
