Centred with an elongated mixed cut amethyst in a four claw setting, highlighted with a row of round brilliant cut diamonds in claw settings, to a raised cluster design with curving claws, open gallery and flanked to either side with diamond set shoulders which terminate to a slim shank. Marked 18kt gold.
