Vintage ruby cabochon and diamond floral cluster ring in 18kt white gold. Set with a round cabochon cut ruby in a yellow gold millegrain setting, encircled by a row of round old cut diamonds in millegrain settings, to a fancy cluster design with pierced open gallery, flanked to either side with raised inwardly tapering shoulders, decorated with grain set diamonds which terminate to a solid shank.
