Georgian onyx butterfly cameo and pearl mourning ring in gold

Georgian onyx butterfly cameo and pearl mourning ring in 18kt yellow gold. Centrally set with an oval banded onyx cameo featuring a butterfly in relief in a claw setting, flanked to either side with two pearls in four claw settings, to a three stone mourning ring with bespoke settings, granule decoration, trumpeting shoulders which include carved gold work and flow to a rigded shank. Fitted to the reverse inner with a hidden locket enclosing a lock of hair. Inscribed to the inner with 'JOHN BRIDGE WHO DIED 9TH APRIL 1834 IN HIS 80TH YEAR' in italic script.
