Centrally set with a cushion shape mixed cut ruby in a platinum claw setting, encircled by a row of cushion shape Old Mine cut diamonds in platinum claw settings, to a cushion shape cluster with fine claws, pierced open gallery and raised inwardly tapering shoulders supported by decorative cheniers that floow to a solid shank. Marked platinum and 18kt gold.
