Centred with an octagonal emerald cut Colombian emerald in a millegrain setting, encircled by two rows of round eight cut diamonds in grain settings, to a cushion shape pendant with millegrain borders an engraved wreath gallery and decorated to the reverse a pierced open elaborate patterned backing, suspended from a secure trace chain and push down lever clasp. Accompanied by a Gemological Institute of America certificate no.5221773868.
