Rows of graduated old European-cut and transitional-cut diamonds radiate in cluster formation, with a total estimated weight 0.50 carats, pavé-set and contained within a scalloped border, to a polished hoop, tested platinum and 18 karat gold, ring size N (sizeable).
The diamonds have been accessed by our in-house gemologists as approximately H/I colour, VVS/VS clarity
Why we are obsessed:
The early twentieth century saw advances in diamond cutting techniques, jewellery often combined old European-cut and the later transitional-cut diamonds and white gold and platinum were also more frequently used - this ring demonstrates these features where later Edwardian style moves into the Art Deco period
