Part time: 3 days a week – Based on-site, Dublin city centre
We are a fast growing Irish business and are looking for an experienced and competent senior accounts administrator to manage all aspects of the business administration.
Preparation of VAT returns including RTDs
Stocking in new purchases & management of stock books
Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries
Preparing statutory accounts for group entities
Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct
Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
Invoice processing and filing
Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve
Bank reconciliation and credit control
Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
Assist in the compliance element of the business
Run payroll
Manage the import and export of goods
Develop and produce management accounts & KPIs
Ability to work as part of a team and individually
Level 8 degree in Accounting or relevant professional qualification
3 years’ experience in a bookkeeping/accounts administration role
Analytical thinker and problem solver
Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software (excel)
High level of accuracy
Extremely organised in a manner that is easily read by others
Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information
Ability to work from Dublin city centre
Fluent English, other languages a bonus
You will work closely and report directly to the CFO but will have interactions with all team members.
