Centred with an estimated 1.34ct elongated oval shape mixed cut sapphire in slightly raised yellow gold claw settings, surrounded by eight Old Mine cut diamonds in platinum claw and collet settings, to a fancy cluster design with curving claws, pierced gallery and met to either side with diamond set shoulders which terminate to a solid shank.
