Centred with a cushion shape mixed cut sapphire in a claw setting, encircled with a row of cushion shape Old Mine cut diamonds in claw settings, to a circular cluster design with curving claws, pierced gallery and flanked to either side with engraved trumpeting shoulders which smooth to a solid shank.
