1890s diamond and sapphire flush mount ring in 18kt gold

1890s diamond and sapphire flush mount ring in 18kt yellow gold. Centred with a quatrefoil motif set with four cushion shape Old Mine cut diamonds in flush settings, flanked by two cushion shape mixed cut sapphires in square grain settings, to a polished rectangular panel dipping at the shoulders to an incised terminal, before smoothing to a solid shank.
