Centred with a carved hessonite head with light abrasions, crowned to the top with a row of ten seed pearls, flanked by a table cut and point cut diamond in rubover settings, the trumpeting openwork shoulders feature finely crafted leaf motifs with engraved embellishment before continuing to a solid shank.
