Antique 9kt yellow gold two part cigar piercer pendant. A slim cylindrical pendant consisting of two pieces the cover fitted to the top with a circular bale, the inner removable with a twisted point and spherical end. Engraved 'REG.No 789.980'. Marked 9kt gold.
