Edwardian sapphire and diamond diagonal navette cluster ring in 18kt yellow gold. Set with four elongated cushion shape mixed cut sapphires in grain and claw settings, alternating with four round old cut diamonds in grain and claw settings, to a marquise cluster, fitted to an angle with fine curving claws, pierced gallery and met to either side with scrolling shoulders which sweep to a solid shank. Hallmarked 18kt gold, Chester, 1904.
