Centred with a round mixed cut sapphire in a claw setting, set to the cross sections with four cushion shape Old European cut diamonds in claw settings, to a stylish cluster design featuring raised curving claws, pierced collets and met to either side with six old cut diamonds in grain settings which terminate to a solid shank.
