Antique trefoil diamond, ruby and sapphire cluster ring in 18kt yellow gold. Set with a round old cut diamond in a circular claw collet setting, a round mixed cut ruby in a circular claw collet setting and a round mixed cut sapphire in a circular claw collet setting, to a trefoil cluster with a diamond set stem, flanked to either side with split trumpeting shoulders which continue to the reverse.
