Centred with a round brilliant cut diamond in a raised claw setting, set with eighteen round brilliant cut diamonds and eighteen round mixed cut sapphires, to a swirling vertical design with alternating spirals, curving claws, structured gallery and raised trumpeting shoulders with stepped shank with a centre in high relief. Estimated total diamond weight 1.33cts. Estimated total sapphire weight 1.10cts. Marked 18kt gold.
