Centred with an oval shell cameo carved to depict the side profile of a classical women with intricate ringlets, leaf headress and a one shoulder gown, to a large oval cameo with a raised polished border further highlighted by a recessed border with intricate inward scalloped rope twists and edges, flanked to either side with raised inwardly tapering shoulders which curve to a solid shank.
