Centrally set with a round mixed cut ruby in a claw setting, flanked to either side with two round brilliant cut diamonds in claw settings, to a chunky three stone design with inset carved claws, incised gallery and continued with integrated shoulders featuring the same carved details before smoothing to a solid shank.
