Vintage ruby and diamond marquise cluster ring in 18kt yellow gold. Centred with an oval mixed cut ruby in a rubover setting, further set with sixteen round brilliant cut diamonds in claw settings, to a navette cluster with curving claws, pierced open gallery and flanked to either side with inwardly tapering shoulders which broaden to a solid shank. Hallmarked 18kt gold, Italian.
