Vintage ruby and diamond heart cluster ring in 18kt yellow gold. Centred with a heart cabochon cut ruby in a rubover setting, surrounded by two rows of round brilliant cut diamonds in grain settings, to a heart motif set to the side with polished borders, flanked to either side with a curved and champfered shank which continues to the reverse. Marked 18kt gold.
