Vintage Giansanti Ceylon sapphire and diamond three stone ring in 18kt yellow gold. Centred with an estimated 2.50ct oval mixed cut Ceylon sapphire with no indications of heat treatment, in a solid rubover setting, flanked to either side with four graduating round brilliant cut diamonds in grain settings, to a three stone design with polished frames, gallery and shoulders with inward tapering details before smoothing to a solid chunky shank. Marked 18kt gold, Italian. Signed 'GIANSANTI'.
