Set with an estimated 11.00ct octagonal mixed cut aquamarine in a fancy claw setting, to an elaborate openwork collet featuring fine heart motifs millegrain decoration and engraved rope twist base, flanked to either side with diamond set fleur-de-lis shoulders which taper and terminate to a solid shank.
