A circular brooch set to the centre with a round garnet carbuncle in a stylised rubover setting raised in relief, framed by a decorative domed border set with round carbuncle garnets in rubover settings, suspending articulated spear tassels centred by a longer tassel with an oval carbuncle, to the reverse a hidden circular open locket and hinged pin with secure C-scroll.
