Centred with an oval cabochon cut ruby in a rubover setting, encircled by a row of tapering baguette cut diamonds in channel and rubover settings, to a radiating star design with smooth polished borders and gallery and fitted to either side with broad integrated shoulders which smooth to a solid shank.
