Set across the finger in a East to West orientation with an estimated 3.67ct rectangular step cut aquamarine in a four claw setting, to a solitaire design featuring raised curving claws, openwork structured collet and met at either side with diamond grain set shoulders which terminate to a solid shank. Marked 18kt gold.
