Early Art Deco Emerald and Diamond Octagonal Cluster Ring in 18kt Yellow Gold and Platinum
An early Art Deco emerald and diamond octagonal cluster ring, centrally claw-set with a square step-cut emerald weighing approximately 0.29 carats, of vivid green hue and good transparency, bordered by a double octagonal surround of twenty-two old European cut diamonds totalling an estimated 0.28 carats, assessed as H–J colour and SI clarity overall. The pierced platinum setting is millegrain edged throughout and mounted on an 18kt yellow gold tapered shank with subtle split shoulder detailing. This finely balanced cluster exhibits classic early Art Deco symmetry and geometric form.
