Centrally set with a lozenge shape fancy cut Imperial topaz in a millegrain setting, surrounded by a double row of round diamonds in grain and rubover settings, to an angular openwork cluster with fancy linear fans and open scalloped gallery, flanked to either side with trumpeting tri-split shoulders intricately decorated with diamonds and terminating to a ribbed shank.
