Centred with a pear shape mixed cut Colombian emerald in a millegrain setting, surrounded and flanked by round eight cut diamonds in grain settings, to an elongated octagonal cluster, decorated with millegrain borders and intricately pierced under gallery, fitted with a solid gold shank.
