Centred with two adjacently set round cabchon cut star rubies in raised claw settings, to a twisting bangle design highlighted with graduating round old cut diamonds in grain settings, embellished with millegrain decoration and secured with a hinge, push clasp mechanism and safety chain. Marked 14kt gold.
